3. Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, Swervx may:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing content
- Notify the user who posted the content
- Allow the user to submit a counter-notice
4. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your contact information
- Identification of the removed content and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court
5. Repeat Infringers
Accounts with repeated copyright violations may be suspended or permanently terminated in accordance with our Terms of Service.
